Patient 1
35 year old woman who previously underwent saline breast augmentation and developed capsular contracture ( scar tissue ). The old implants were removed and replaced with textured implants inserted under the pectoral muscle.
Patient 2
Patient had developed capsular contracture after having saline breast augmentation. She had her saline implants removed and converted to textured 378cc silicone implants through an inframammary incision with creation of a neosubpectoral pocket bilaterally. The after photos were taken 14 months after surgery.
Patient 3
55 year old woman with right sided capsular contracture (grade 3). Notice how high her right breast is located in the before photos. She underwent silicone implant exchange (322cc textured silicone) with complete capsulectomy. Photo is taken six months after surgery.
